Salvation Story
My name is Mary Anne Peay. Most people know me as “Greg’s wife”, “Britany’s mom”, or “
Dylan’s nanna”. My God knows me as His favorite child. Please do not take offense. We are all His favorite children. I was born and raised Baptist. I made
a profession of faith in my childhood church at about 9-years old. I always loved the Lord to the best of my ability.
When I was 16-years old, He changed my life and became very real. I started to talk with Him as my Father and Friend. I met and married Greg, who has great knowledge of the Word and continued to grow. It was not until I had Britany at age 28 that I really began to know the Father’s deep, relentless love for me. At that point in my life I truly began to have a true, intimate relationship with the Father. It is quite a journey to completely fall in love with my God and realize the sacred sacrifice of His Son, Jesus.
I am deeply humbled each and every day to realize how unworthy I am; and that Jesus freely gave up His throne, lived a perfect life as a man, willingly died a brutal death and ROSE again for the possibility of me becoming His child. I fail Him daily but He forgives, with my repentance, and teaches me through my failures. My strength is knowing He is my God and that I am His child.
“Do not be afraid. Do not anxiously look about for I am Your God, I will strengthen you, surely I will help you. Surely I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.”  -Isaiah 41:10
This “knowing” that He is My God leads me daily to seek His Face and immerse myself in His presence.
